Our leadership team is united by a shared commitment to faith, sacred music, cultural heritage, and service. Guided by prayer and the teachings of the Catholic Church, our leaders work together to fulfill the mission of Journey of Grace Choir & Orchestra: to glorify God through music, inspire faith, preserve the richness of Vietnamese sacred and cultural traditions, and bring people together through meaningful musical experiences.

The leadership team provides spiritual, artistic, and organizational direction for the choir and orchestra. Its responsibilities include developing programs, coordinating rehearsals and performances, supporting conductors, musicians, singers, and volunteers, strengthening communication among members, and building relationships with clergy, parishes, Catholic communities, and partner organizations. Every decision is approached with prayerful discernment, mutual respect, and careful consideration for the good of the entire ministry.

Our leaders believe that genuine leadership is rooted in service. Rather than seeking recognition, they strive to listen, encourage, and create opportunities for every member to share his or her God-given talents. They are committed to fostering a welcoming environment where members can grow spiritually, develop musically, form lasting friendships, and serve together with humility and joy.

The leadership team is also dedicated to responsible administration and transparent stewardship. Through open communication, careful planning, and accountability, it seeks to use the organization’s time, talents, and financial resources wisely. This commitment helps ensure that Journey of Grace remains organized, sustainable, and faithful to its mission.
